Refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of shipping live animals, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all live fish.

Refunds Are Not Issued For:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather-related holds or delays

  • Improper tank conditions

  • DOA claims not meeting photo/video or timing requirements

  • Orders that are refused or undeliverable due to customer absence

Exceptions (Non-Live Items Only):

  • Accessories or non-living goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

We stand behind the quality of our fish and do our best to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, DOA situations may occur.

🐟 DOA Coverage

  • Replacement only (no refunds).

  • Shipping fees for replacement fish are not included in the DOA guarantee.

📸 Reporting a DOA

  • You must send clear video or photos of the fish in the sealed bag within 1 hour of delivery time (as shown in tracking).

  • Claims made after this time window will not be accepted.

🔁 What’s Not Covered

  • Delays caused by UPS or other carriers.

  • Fish health after being released into your aquarium.

  • Tank conditions, acclimation mistakes, temperature fluctuations, or any environmental factors beyond our control.
