🚀 Shipping Methods

Standard Express – $20: Available for non-live items only. Delivery is via regular express and may take longer. Note: Standard Express is not recommended for live fish due to transit risks.

UPS Next-Day Air – $65: Strongly recommended for all live fish to ensure minimal transit time, priority handling, and maximum safety.

During checkout, customers can choose Next-Day Air for live fish to ensure safe delivery.
📦 Processing & Handling

Orders are carefully processed within 20–30 working days to allow proper care and quarantine.

Once shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse, delivery typically occurs within 48 hours for UPS Next-Day Air.
🔥 Seasonal & Weather Guidelines

Summer Shipping (June–October): Only UPS Next-Day Air shipping is allowed for live fish to prevent heat stress.

Winter or Extreme Weather: Shipments may be held during extreme cold, snow, or heat.

Customers will be contacted to coordinate the next safe shipping day if delays occur.
📅 Shipping Schedule

Orders are dispatched Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
❗ Delays & Customer Responsibilities

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of delays.

Customers must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt to qualify for our Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) policy.
