Origin: Native to freshwater streams in southern China

Diet: Omnivorous; feeds on small invertebrates, algae and organic matter; accepts frozen and prepared foods

Adult Size: 1.5-2 inches (4-5 cm)

Recommended Tank Size: 10+ gallons

Compatibility: Peaceful but territorial with conspecifics
